The fried catfish & chicken wings were amazing! So delicious and Mr. Lewis was very nice company as well! It was a quick hop off of 95 and so well worth the little detour!

I came here on a Thursday afternoon and was warmly greeted by the owner who was behind the counter. He was friendly and helped us order. I had the catfish and Mac cheese, which were delicious! The catfish was crunchy and paired well with the hot sauce. My wife had the collard greens and wings which were also delicious! The closest to home cooking I’ve had in south Florida. This place is a gem and I can’t wait to come back.

I had the burger and fries just as an intro to this place and it was delicious. This might be the best burger combo you can get at this price. Just a good simple burger done right. As for the fries, I typically don't like crinkle fries because they're usually soft. These were fried to perfection and VERY seasoned. Can't wait to come back and try more of their menu?

Mom and pop’s restaurants should have a scale of there own. This restaurant deserves 5 stars for one reason. This is good honest food made by good honest people. They are serving up a wide variety of food here. I had the Philly Cheesesteak. It was really good. As you can see it’s not a typical style Philly but all the flavor was there. I took an order of chicken and waffles to go. My friend said it was also good. The waffle was more dense than a typical waffle. More of a desert/cake consistency. Next time I’ll try the oxtail or the spaghetti.

First time her, the food was good and tasty. I got meatloaf, yellow rice, macaroni and collard greens… The food came out pretty fast, not long of a wait. I will most definitely come be back!
