Chicken Express

Manager in blue rushed me while taking my order. I agreed to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken. The jalapenos were rancid. Now the chicken was actually quite tasty and very delicious. It is the only thing that deserves these two golden stars... And the sides were SSA* *Read backwards.

Went through the drive through got a 29 piece family meal. 3 additional sides got home to find that I didn’t get my corn nuggets or fries :( called up there and they said come back up, drove 10 mins back and they didn’t apologize and they didn’t even compensate for their mistake same size I bought so thank you for forgetting my sides and wasting my time. Absolutely horrible customer service

This place is definitely the worse. Always make sure you get a receipt, I’ve had it to where I would purchase the same thing and be charged different amounts. This visit was the worst I paid $11 and change but I didn’t receive a receipt and my food looked pathetic. I had a lot on mind and forgot to ask her to print out a receipt, but she should have ask or given it to me anyway. Biscuit was micro sized and hard and several tenders were also. Also lacked flavor and overly cooked. The okra was cold and burnt. I literally went down the street to open my box full of disappointment and lack of freshness. Everything in my order tasted days old, overcooked, dry, lacking flavor and cold. Quality and quantity is shameful. I Do not recommend this location.

The tenders are like rubber and tiny, to much breading. The hush puppies are so hard can’t even bite them. Bro this food is truly terrible. It was barely warm when we opened it as well. Had to eat a PB&J trashed it all!!! Never again!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The chicken is SO greasy...WELL, that's if they can fill the order correct. TWICE NOW recently. After placing my order and repeated back by the employee correctly, I didn't received what I ordered. How are you not able to read an order and fill it!? The first time I let it go, now this time after ordering food for a work meeting, they didn't complete my order. After calling and asking for a manager, some guy claimed he was, but refused to give me his name or the store owners name for that matter. Franchise...yup! After explaining that my order had missing food, he refused to return my money for the food not received. Instead, he wanted me to go back there with the food. Did I mention it was a work meeting? The others were already eating. How ridiculous is that
