Chicken Express

We eat here often because they have the absolute best wings! & unsweet tea! They are made to order so I know I have to wait every time I eat here. I tell myself they are to expensive for what u get in the box that I’m not ordering them again but I always do 😂 cuz they are good! That said.. If you are looking for friendly over the top service this is probably not the place for you lol I sometimes think management must be horrible to work for by the vibe I get from employees. They are never rude just down energy like they hate their job which is kinda sad.

This is one of the worst places ever! Not only do they actually not care about their performance, they don’t care that they are ripping you off. Order was horrible! I ordered two of the four piece boxes. Both were supposed to have two sides (did not discover thy were incorrect until I got home). Well that didn’t happen! Then I also ordered poppers. This order is over 3.00 and I was handed a brown paper back with three tiny little poppers in it. I walked back in (after going through drive through), and demanded my money back for them. It should be illegal that I hand you a paper bag with three tiny little peppers in it and you hand me almost 3.50 back!! I’m super sick of the lack of customer service in our country. Used to be really good here. But something changed. Now when you order strips the oil that comes off of them is brown. And you can taste it. It is gross. Mac and cheese was cold. Restaurant is not as clean as it used to be.

Dirty and served me a 7 piece meal. 6 pieces were literally burned crispy. Then denied responsibility saying didn't know who boxed it. Won't be back. 😡😡😡😡

The chicken was small a cross between popcornchicken and strips, cold as in not even lukewarm and the mash potatoes grainy. I enjoy chicken express but this location is definitely not one to go to.
