Chicken Express-Sherman

Kaitlyn has exceptional customer service! i went there sunday, ive never had chicken express before but ive worked in customer service for over 6 years. its not often you get cashsiers/servers as well as Kaitlyn. she was extremely helpful with multiple customers, good attitude and looked out for the customers personal interest. if i had cash i wouldve tipped her. she was also very patient. most places need serves like her. she definitely earned/deserves her recognition! people of sherman come see what im talking about and pay her a visit.

I prefer Chicken Express HANDS DOWN over KFC or any others out there. The Chicken is FULLY cooked and is absolutely delicious 😋. The service staff are friendly. Excellent customer service and very curious.

This location is always consistently good. We go out of our way to go to this location. Recommended. Today, Anna, took our order and she was very friendly and quick. Excellent job

Got all the way home to find out that I was missing a part of my order and also when I was eating I found a wing with feathers still on it definitely killed my appetite. Also most of my sides were under cooked. I don't think I will be eating here anymore

We have several fans of Chicken Express in our party. The food is flavorful (I love the spicy seasoning) and where else can you get gizzards on demand! Not easy to sit with large groups, but perfect for a party of four.
