Chicken Holiday

I get there. Someone is being helped as I walked in. Then as he walked away, someone else's food was ready, so the guy at the register just called up someone to get their food. I can see my food sitting on the counter ready and paid for in a brown paper bag. I stood there waiting. Then the man (who I think is the owner) walked up there. A customer walked up with a loud "hello". The man who I thought was the owner, gave him a nice hello. They stood there and started talking and he said to the customer, "what can I get you?", as he started to write down his order. I stood there just looking at my available food that I just needed someone to hand me. Food was decent. Rolls were stale. East Windsor gives better proportions and seems to be more fresh. Hands down this is the best chicken holiday I have been to. Me and my friend went there for dinner the other night and the chicken was so delicious I was shocked. It's one of the reasons I believe is because they constantly change the grease and I heard that from other people. They are changing the grease while I was there and the night wasn't even over. When some people keep the same grease in there for days and I believe that's why the chicken taste so fresh it was definitely the best chicken holiday ever been to. And then the dinner deal for two people is only $24.95 and you get like eight pieces of chicken macaroni salad you get two pieces of bread two buns dinner rolls I mean . Everything's cooked fresh the chickens cooked fresh right there. So if anybody's looking for a good chicken

I was in the area and I decided to stop at Chicken Holiday in Hamilton, NJ. I got the rib snack pack with fries to go. The ribs were so good just like I remembered, and I enjoyed the fries as well! Now to the customer service, the service was friendly and efficient a good combination. Unfortunately no pictures, I started eating before I took any but picture three good size ribs and a good amount of fries. Next time I want Chicken Holiday, I’ll go to the Hamilton location!

Always good and fresh. I was disappointed I ordered the fried cauliflower and received fried zucchini. I must say that the cauliflower is amazing and so are the ribs.

I had to wait for the food longer than they originally told me, but the chicken was hot, crispy and NOT greasy. It could use a bit more seasoning, but I put Louisiana hot sauce on mine anyway, so it was fine. Better than being too salty IMO. FRESH Chicken, not previously frozen. The fries were a bit soggy by the time I got home, but I’m sure they were great when I was served…. Macaroni salad and coleslaw were spot on. Prices are a bit higher than supermarkets etc, but it’s hot and fresh. They do need to keep their online menu and prices updated… Overall very good fried chicken. I’ll try the ribs next. It’s been decades since I had CH ribs. They were so good…
