Chicken Salad Chick

We’ve been to this location several times and they seem to struggle. I will say every time I visit it is absolutely freezing in this location- it’s like they run the AC no matter the season. I ordered the fancy nancy with fresh fruit. I got a couple pieces of bad fruit in my cup. My friends ordered a fancy Nancy and a dixie chick. The other fancy Nancy had a bad grape in the chicken salad and several of us got bad tomatoes on our sandwiches. Additionally several times we have received stale bread. We did dine in and the majority of the tables were dirty. Another time I was in here we ordered sandwiches and one of them came out with barely any chicken salad on the sandwich (think a slice of bread and maybe (that’s being generous) half of it was covered). We told the staff, who merely shrugg

Wonderful experience today! Good food, clean dining area with nice decor, and friendly staff. We tried two kinds of chicken salad today (Buffalo Barclay and Lauryn's lemon basil) and they were both wonderfully flavored and fresh! We also tried the loaded baked potato soup and brocoli salad. All food was brought to our table quickly and were very tasty! We were very appreciative of how they decorated for Veterans Day and honored veterans with a free meal. We will definitely be returning!

First time at this location and it was great. The service was very friendly and courteous. I ordered for carry out and the food was prepared quickly and brought out to me. The young lady that brought it out thanked me for coming in. I would drive out of my for the great service so thank you to all the staff.

I have gone to this chicken salad two Wednesday's in a row because all over social media they have advertised buy one get one half off large quick chicks. The first time I was charged full price for two. And this week same thing but luckily I caught it before and the worker acted like she had no idea about the promo.. and then both times I’ve asked for extra crackers because it’s two BIG containers and both times I’ve barely got a regular amount of crackers. It’s not cheap even with the promo and the workers act like they can’t understand the concept of extra crackers. I don’t understand how they expect 6 packs of crackers for two big tubs. So annoying.

I’ve been to chicken salad chick several times. I love the food, the runners are always super sweet and helpful. The only complaint I have with this location, the times I’ve been there’s one certain employee and I’m not too sure of her name. She’s been very passive aggressive, not just towards me but my mother-in-law and my partner as well. I’ve seen her be passive aggressive with other customers pressing and hassling about giving a tip. Mind you, I’ve worked in food service before and I’ve never once ever begged or harassed my customers about tip. Tip wasn’t even an option, it wasn’t available at my store and it didn’t bother me. As someone who isn’t serving/waiting and makes more than 10-15hr shouldn’t ask for tip. This employee hassles my partner the first time and was very inappropriat
