⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down one of my favorite spots! I don’t get why some people are hating on this Chicken Shack. One lady on Yelp actually gave it one star because everything is made to order… like that’s a bad thing?! That’s literally the reason I keep coming back. Everything comes out hot, fresh, and made right. I’ll wait a few extra minutes for real food, thank you very much. Compare that to pulling up at some fast food joint and getting a cold chicken sandwich, soggy nuggets, and fries that taste like they’ve been sitting since breakfast. No thanks. I did a DoorDash pickup on my lunch and the food was ice cold. I went back to the establishment and made the older gentlemen touch the ice cold food and was under the impression I was a Doordasher and I shouldn’t be concerned with the food temp. I informed the gentleman it didn’t matter if I was the delivery food person or customer. You’re not suppose to service ICE COLD FOOD. So please be aware going to this location and/or using DoorDash

So I had no idea that when you spend $46.00 for a 16 piece family fish dinner you got Gordon's frozen fish sticks! What a rip off!!! Also the young lady that took my order hated her job I wouldn't rude but definitely not very nice! But the biggest joke after ripping you off for $10.00 of frozen fish sticks and terrible service they had a tip jar and sign. The worst part is Chicken shack use too be so good now they just don't care

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS HAD NO HEAT INSIDE FOR OVER A WEEK!!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING IN THE COLD!!! AND AS I CUSTOMER WAITING INSIDE FOR MY ORDER I FELT THE EXTREME COLD IN JUST A MATTER OF MINUTES!!! THIS PLACE HAS TABLES AND BOOTHS FOR INSIDE EATING, WHAT KIND OF OWNER WOULD HAVE IT'S EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS IN THE COLD UNDER EXTREME TEMPS THAT MICHIGAN HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING...
