Chicken Town

Been going there for many years. We got back from a flight in the early morning, wanted to just get something quick. So, we can all eat and go to bed. When we sat down to eat the Chicken it was very dry, dark burnt on its ends. We were very surprised on how quality control was over looked. It was not edible. Called them about our concerns. Spoke alittle about it, and was placed on hold. Mike came back and I finish the conversation. I was told I had to bring it back that night. Bc Jake the manager said that. They would replace it. I asked, if one of them could give me a phone# to text a picture of the chicken fingers. It was a family size order. Explained again we just got home from a trip and was exhausted. Love the food here especially there sweet potato fries. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I have been going to chicken town for years and loved it - until today we had a very bad experience. We had ordered chicken fingers, potato rolls, ranch, and mac and cheese bites. We were given one bag and even asked to make sure the ranch was in the bag. We were told yes and we left. When we got home, we only had the chicken fingers and Mac and cheese bites. We went back to the store to politely ask for the rolls and ranch that we paid for. We were argued with and the worker began to yell as well. We walked out with only the rolls due to his inappropriate behavior. Unfortunately, we will not be supporting this business again.

I ordered chicken from here for the first time on 8/26 because the chicken town in Brick was closed. I ordered (1) 20 piece chicken (1) jumbo coleslaw and. (1) regular cauliflower . I should have checked my receipt but I sent my daughter in to pick up and never looked at it . After getting my credit card statement on 9/8 I saw I was charged 94.82 . I called and spoke to the girl and she said it should have been 64.82. After speaking with her manger she said if I didn’t have my yellow tag that they staple to the the bag from 2 weeks ago they could not help me . I then asked to speak to the manager and he reiterated what the girl had already told me. He said because he also does not keep those yellow receipts he could not verify my order and the best he would do was split the differe
