Chickie's and Pete's Terminal D

While at the airport waiting for our flight, we stopped by Chickie & Pete’s to grab something decent before our 5.5-hour flight home! Total airport atmosphere vibe, and our server was super attentive from the start. We ordered and shared the famous crab fries with cheese and dry rub wings and everything came out fresh and served perfectly!! See you again, Philadelphia!

Our server was phenomenal. The food was delicious. You can’t come to Philly without getting a Philly cheesesteak for sure. So good. A bit too much parsley in the hot shrimp for my liking. However, they were still yummy. I will be back, soon!

For a quick airport bite, Chickie’s & Pete’s delivered a solid experience. We split a classic Philly cheesesteak and an order of their signature Crabfries, and both hit the spot. The cheesesteak was exactly what you’d hope for—warm, cheesy, and packed with tender meat, all tucked into a soft hoagie roll. It wasn’t the best you’ll find in Philly, but for airport food, it was pretty good and definitely satisfying. The Crabfries were seasoned well and came with their famous cheese sauce, which added a nice creamy kick. Crispy, hot, and easy to share, they were a fun, flavorful snack while waiting for our flight. Service was quick and efficient, and the location was convenient. It’s not a sit-down gourmet experience, but for fast casual in an airport setting, it delivered comfort food done

Great experience while waiting on a flight. Sure Tanya has her regulars but I had the privilege to find out why. Hands down the coldest (IMO the yummiest) dirty martini. When the glass is as ice cold as the drink = perfection. Tanya recommended the Philly Cheesesteak with cherry hot peppers and it didn’t disappoint, I could not stop eating till it was gone. Food came out quick and was hot, service was attentive and pleasant, spot on and pleasantly surprised for an airport bar/restaurant.

Laila was an amazing server! She recommended the clam chowder soup and it was soooo good! I love when a server knows what they’re talking about! I forgot to take a pic so here’s my empty bowl 😂
