Chile Caliente Restaurante & Bar

The restaurant was clean, even the restrooms were clean! Service was nice and attentive. The food was good, we didn’t wait long to get our food. I ordered flautas and those were delicious as well as my margarita! My husband ordered the molcajete dish, that was superb, my kids ordered tacos and a burrito, they liked those a lot! I really liked the decor inside! Everything was great! Overall I would recommend this restaurant!

So my cousin and I decided to have dinner here at this restaurant today and it was packed so that was a good sign because that means that a lot of people probably really like the food so that was plus. They had live entertainment,the entertainment was excellent the singer was singing all kinds of great songs. We were seated in a booth where we proceeded to order Carne Asada taco,shrimp ceviche tostada,frozen Chamoy margaritas. Mine was frozen and my cousins was on the rocks. Also ordered Carne Asada Torta with french fries so this was some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while and I would give this a 15/10 it was so good. If you are in town in Vegas, you should definitely check the spot out, Luis was very nice came and checked on our table to make sure that everything was good. Our

So I didn’t eat a entree here but the salsa is so addicting. The queso fundido with chorizo was amazing! The margs were good too. And they had live music I will def be back again to try the enchiladas and other menu items.

Atmosphere is cozy but not cramped. Food is tasty and a good value for your money. Service is amazing - spot on!!
