Chili's Grill & Bar

I would like to take a minute and tell perspective Chili’s guest about an experience I had on March 1 Sunday where I took a colleague to lunch.. There was plenty of parking. The parking lot was clean. We walked in the building. We were greeted promptly by the hostess, who was very pleasant engaging and had a smile. The men’s room was extremely clean as well as the restaurant… We sat at the bar with the bartender greeted us professionally with a smile and again promptly made our drinks immediately the drinks were outstanding not what you would expect from a corporate place bartender Jeanette was so pleasant had conversation with us while keeping her other guest equally entertained.. Went for lunch, we got 2 orders of the three for me. Portions were very generous. For the appetizer, we split an order of the chips and salsa, and a cup of the chicken enchilada soup. Both the chips and the soup came out hot. For our entrées, we got the crispy chicken sandwich and the smasher burger. The sandwiches we’re absolutely enormous. We each only ate half our sandwiches still walked out feeling stuffed. The service here was also excellent. Our waitress Sandy brought us refills before we even had to ask And was prompt with taking our order and bringing us our food. The hostess, whose name I did not catch was also very kind, and even offered us a bag when she saw me carrying our leftovers out. Total was only $33 and is enough food for two meals easy.

When we walked in our server lead us to our table, we ordered chips and they were really good, and we also ordered the big smasher burger and it was also good, overall a really good experience I would come here again!

I had not been in this restaurant in many years. I'm glad we decided to give it another chance. Their food was great, their drinks were pretty good and their prices were decent. The server was also nice and attentive. We will go back soon!

We ordered pickup. 4 of us. I got the Veggie Santa Fe Burger - and yes I did order it without cilantro, cheese, and Santa Fe sauce, but I expected to get SOMETHING that didn't look like someone had wiped a plate off on the burger. There was no guacamole and diced veggies but barely, and yellow broccoli as a side. It looked so unappetizing. Never again.
