We came on one of the busiest nights. With them running a special on Veterans Day. Our waitress had only been here one month. But she was fast, efficient, and we had no issues at all. We got the bottomless chips and salsa. One of the cheeseburgers and ordered the bacon ranch quesadillas. Along with the potato soup that’s not shown. And tortilla soup.. super yummy, third time to come in the last eeek in a half due to the great special they are running in their 3 for me deal.

Had a date night with the husband tonight loved the 3 for me specials Had the burger was so full off the endless chips and salsa so I am taking the burger home to my son. My husband scarfed his down so I know it was good

Been many more times. Another menu change recently. No more corn, so sad, bring it back. Choose three soup has gotten smaller. Smasher burger is delicious. The queso fries were ok, wasn’t warned they were $3 extra. They try to sit everyone crammed together in one side of the restaurant and it’s not pleasant, space us out, let us breath. Today was the first day of a reset and new menu. The potato soup was delicious, fresh, and no longer too salty to eat. The $10 lunch is a great deal and you can add a mini lava molten cake for a few bucks. Went for a friend’s birthday lunch. I got the three for $10, potato soup, old timer burger, and the fries. The service offered by our server Grace as well as Rachel the manager on duty was top notch. My mom has a lot of food allergies and they both went out of their way to make sure she was well taken care of. The attention to personal detail was wonderful. They made us feel like very valued customers and we definitely be back to this location.

Me and my spouse went in for lunch. Both ordered the 3 for me burgers. Waiter didn't even ask our appitzer while taking the order. Had to wave him down to tell him after he walked off. And even then still only brought out 1 house salad instead of 2. Next I noticed on the kiosk I was charged an extra fee. So I questioned about it and I was told since I ordered a burger no mustard sub mayo I was charged. Never have I been charged to sub a condiment on a burger at Chili's. And when I told him that he stated well I don't know but we always charge. Not impressed with this location what so ever. Definitely won't be returning! Staff needs way more training!
