Chili's Grill & Bar

This is hands down the best Chili’s location I’ve been to no exaggeration. The food was sooo good, and the service was on point. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about the customer experience here. The food came out fast and hot. I had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and fries everything was perfect. The fries were seasoned so well, and that sandwich? 10/10. I’m telling you right now every time I want Chili’s, I’m coming right back to this location. Y’all understood the assignment! Highly recommend.

Incredibly nice staff, good drinks and food. Waiter arrived quickly and introduced themselves. Drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. Ordered a steak that was cooked how I ordered.

Chase was our server and he was so amazing!!! He was super attentive and helpful. Always helped with a smile and just a good person all around. We noticed how he did this not with just our table but all the tables he was serving. I even asked to talk to the manager to compliment him because he is a rare type of server to find. And we were surprised to know that he is actually a newer server. Chase really brought us an amazing experience and we will definitely come back in the future!! We really hope we see him again💯

I purchased a to go order to take home to my son who has been very sick with a bad liver on Friday 10/24/25. Was shocked when I came home to see the food I ordered was totally overcooked. Contacted Chris the manager that night who was very rude about it. Chris stated he would check with the bartender to see if he had looked at the food. Then Chris stated he would refund my credit card. I even went out of my way to go to the restaurant and show Chris the food I ordered on Tuesday 10/28/25. He stated once again he refunded me. But when I was leaving Chris and his co workers were laughing at me. A week later I went to watch the Georgia game 11/1/25. I had contacted my credit card that day who stated I was never refunded for the to go order for my son. Chris was not at the restaurant Satu

We stopped in for lunch to eat and Ashley was so amazing! We never ran out of drinks, our food came out hot, and our kids got their meals first! By far the best experience we’ve had in a while! We will be back!!
