Chili's Grill & Bar

Came in on a very "chilly" : D night. It was our 3rd or 4th pick because Roosters was packed and we had Chinese and Mexican earlier in the week. No wait for our table, but we got there just in time because shortly after we got seated, like 20 people were all of a sudden waiting to be sat. My girl got the Chipotle bowl. Highly recommend ranch instead of the sauce it comes with. It just doesn't compliment the dish as well. I had a bite and it tasted really good. My girl's mom got the 6oz steak, cooked medium rare, and it was. She said it slapped fr, no 🧢. I got the brisket quesadilla and it was straight 🔥. Having sour cream and ranch to dip it in was nice. Its Chilis, it has the standard food you would expect from a lite tavern style restaurant. You won't be writing home about anything on the menu but it's better than other options in the same line. The service is better now than in the past which is good. If you eat here, you know what your ordering before you even open the door.

We had an amazing meal at Chili's in Centerville tonight. The "Three for Me" deal can't be beat. However, that wasn't even the best part of the meal. Our server, Chelsea Marie, went above and beyond in serving us. She remembered every detail of our varied orders. She served our food piping hot. She was attentive to our needs and checked back often. Chelsea was so quick to refill our drinks tonight. She did it all with a cheerful attitude and an amazing smile. She made our whole dining experience a delight. So, the next time you go to Chili's in Centerville, ask for Chelsea to be your server! She is the absolute best!

Visited here 6/20/2025. 1st off our server, Ella was very polite & efficient with our order & any request that was made. 2nd, the only real complaint that I have was toward the food. 1. the fries were overcooked, in my opinion. There was no softness to them & lacked a little moistness if you get my meaning. They were crispy but dry & a little too hard....is what I'm saying. AND 2. the price for my Loaded Mac & Cheese ($4.99) is a ridiculous price seeing how in practically came in a condiment bowl. I knew what the price was before hand but didn't realize how small it was until it hit the table. I could've sent it back but I didn't. But after TASTING it....I really should've sent it back. The food was delicious and prices reasonable. I had the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo and my wife had the chicken quesadilla. My only disappointment was that they didn't have Italian dressing for my salad. Our server was AWESOME. She was very attentive and quickly tended to our every request or knew what we wanted or needed before we asked. She never passed our table without checking on us, but her checking was not annoying. I left a nice review for her on the Ziosk device just after paying the bill, but I may have mistakenly typed her name as Maddy. Upon returning home and looking at my receipt, it says that her name was (is) Kimberlee. Sorry Kimberlee, the restaurant was loud and noisy. You were amazing despite the chaos. If I could make just one suggestion, I would ask you to turn down
