My family and I visited chilis in Dekalb today and Sabrina was our server. The two star review was specifically for the kitchen staff to get their credit. They made great food and would come back here again provided Sabrina is not my server. Sabrina from the get go was rushing us to order drinks and food. We had just sat down and my mom and her friend do not go out often so they wanted to look at the menu a bit. Within a 3 minute time span, she got a drink order out of us and then was pushing for a food order. I, admittedly, know what I wanted because I’m a creature of habit. We recently visited Chili’s and tried their Three for Me deal, which includes an appetizer, a main course, and a drink for just $10.99—an unbeatable price for the quality of food and service we received! For our meal, we ordered the Smash Burger, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and flavorful, and what really took it over the top was the Thousand Island dressing—it was absolutely delicious, adding the perfect tangy, creamy balance to the burger. For the appetizer, we went with the Chicken Enchilada Soup, and wow—this soup is to die for! Our Server, Sabrina, was EXCELLENT! We had a large party, every order was right, drink refills were made without asking, she was efficient, kind and cheerful! I didn’t realize it at the time but we stayed beyond closing time and she was gracious and told us to take our time. She is one in a million! Thanks Sabrina - 5 Stars all the way!

Tonight we had dinner at Chili’s, a family of five (two adults and three kids). Even though the parking lot was packed and we had to park next door, the wait was only about 15 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. We were seated in the bar area, and our server, Porsha, greeted us with such a positive attitude despite how busy it was. From the start, she was friendly, organized, and on top of everything. Our food came out perfectly spaced and timed, especially considering the busyness. Porsha checked in on us regularly, kept our drinks filled, and went out of her way to make our kids feel special; my 6-year-old absolutely lit up when she got fun little “Wicked” drink decorations. We went to Chilis for dinner last night we really enjoyed our service with Sabrina. My wife wasn't sure what margarita to get and Sabrina helped her choose the blackberry presidente margarita which my wife loved! We came out to watch the Bears game and the atmosphere was fun with other customers enjoying themselves for the game. We stayed for quite a while and Sabrina came by and checked on us and was sweet and funny making us laugh too. We both got honey Chipotle chicken crispers because Sabrina had said they were her favorite and they were tasty! We will be back soon to see her again!!
