Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili’s was my all time favorite however, this time’s experience ruined all the memories. The food was not good and the staff didn’t bring the right order despite repeating multiple times. The bread was burnt, the crispy chicken sandwich had no flavor, the crisp part of chicken tasted burnt. The bun was not fresh and overall the sandwich was dry. I asked for a side of cajun seasoning which I didn’t receive despite requesting 3 times. The fries tasted reheated. With the dine-in order, I placed an order for togo as well and they brought it in the plate when I requested it to be a togo order they made it separately. It was not a good experience.

The triple dipper is the real deal! I got the big mouth bites, honey-chipotle chicken crispers, and the Nashville fried moz. It was so delicious! Very flavorful and filling. Also love the original trio which is a classic.

I love Chili's! It's been my favorite restaurant for some time now. My favorite meal to get is the 3 for me, but I also really like the triple dipper. They brought back the beef skillet queso which is really good because it's amazing but I want them to bring back the white skillet queso which they haven't yet. And the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks are one of the best things there! The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was amazing.

I had the MOST JOYFUL time dining in here because of my Server Ms. Vicky. She is the best server here and the Managers are very Friendly and Nice too. I got the 3 for Me $12.99 Old timer burger and it included an appetizer which I chose to be the Chips and Salsa and it came out First and Fast, I had Fries with my Burger and they were seasoned great and everybody knows the Burger is always good here and then it also includes a drink which I chose to be Watermelon Sweet Tea-Lemonade and Miss Vicky made sure that my Drink was always refilled. Wonderful Service by Miss Vicky and Good Food by Chillis.

I had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to Stephanie! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Stephanie’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our visit enjoyable. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
