Chili's Grill & Bar

Stop for lunch today at Chilis to try a place we hadn’t been to in quite a while. Good decision. We really had a pleasant meal. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice being it was lunch not a large crowd. We sat at the bar just in case we decided to have one of their excellent bar specials. The bartender was named Shannon. Hope is spelled it correctly. She was as delightful. Very patient and helpful since we hadn’t been there in a while. We chose the full rack of BBQ Ribs that came with Mac and Cheese, and fries. My wife added a side salad and we got an extra plate because this was huge plate. More than enough for the two of us with a large portion to take home. They were delicious. My wife and I probably go to Chili’s once every other week. This last visit was really off. The food is usually very good, but this time her big QP burger was significantly overcooked. The outside of it was like charcoal. I had the chicken sandwich. The breading was very good and it came out hot and crunchy but the chicken inside was so thin that it just tasted like breading. The service was super slow. We were there well over an hour from the time we arrived till the time our food came and we had ordered immediately of being sad. They had no to go cups for our drinks so unfortunately, we just left them on the table. We’ve had good meals there and good service, it just didn’t happen on this visit.

Mexican bowl was good but it was missing beans and corn was cold. Frozen was okay but it was very small and had light alcohol as well. Wanted to have my neighbor's macaroni for later but when I turned around to get it my waiter threw it away. I had a nice with my family and neighbor overall.

We ate here this past weekend. My son had a red curly strand of hair in his pasta. You would think his entree would have been taken off the bill but unfortunately it wasn't. It was busy so by the time his food arrived everyone else was pretty much done. Otherwise the food was good .

Great restaurant with hot quality freshly cooked foods. Debra our Server was very friendly. Would definitely recommend
