Chili's Grill & Bar

We’ve been coming here for years and I hate doing this and most of the time this has been great but today we experienced the WORST hostess. She put us in a seat where broccoli was smeared across the booth and I simply asked if she could clean it because it’s dirty and she rolled her eyes AT ME and went and got a napkin and was wiping it down with an absolute attitude. It’s Feb 28th at 5:46pm so the girl with dark hair that sat us was absolutely a horrible representation of your company and location. She was young and had a massive attitude. I thought the manager needs to know this.

Our server was EXCELLENT! Extremely attentive and sweet. She was very patient and accommodating for my family's language barrier. The food was incredible, my steak was seasoned to perfection (no sauce even needed!).

Believe it or not this was our first time eating at Chili's! Everything we ordered was fantastic. Our order came super fast after we placed it. My kids really enjoyed the food! I ordered a burger it was awesome! Also ordered the brisket quesadilla and it was so good and had a kick to it!

We asked to be seated at a table to accommodate my dad who is in a wheelchair. They wanted to place us at a long booth and have him sit at the end. We declined because the isles are narrow and the servers would have to walk behind him holding and passing food over him. There were 3 tables open and available they just needed to be pushed together to accommodate our party of 7. The restaurant was not busy or crowded. Instead, we were told the wait would be 30+ minutes for a table to open up. We left and went to Cheddars down the street. We were accommodated immediately.

Service is way better than post COVID visits. Greeted at the door taken to a table right away. The server came right away taking our drink and food order. Food was delivered by someone else The food was fresh and hot. They always have some good , inexpensive meal options.
