Chili's Grill & Bar

Our visit started off fine, but quickly went downhill. Our burgers came out raw. When we complained to another worker he took the burger and just left it at their station, our server wasn’t even aware that the burgers had been left sitting at her station instead of being sent to the kitchen. After waiting, instead of checking on how much longer it would take, the server told us she had “no clue.” We were so frustrated that we didn’t even eat and took the food to go. Once we got home and went to eat, the burger was still raw. I have attached photos. This was a complete waste of $63. Due to the food safety issue and poor service, I would never recommend this Chili’s location.

Establishment was clean and the staff team was super friendly. Our waitress was great and attentive. Unfortunately or food was not up to the standard we hoped for. Appitizers fell flat and were not crunchy like we expected. The steaks were over cooked and the croutons in the salad were soggy.

Employees don't know what they are doing. I had my service animal with me and I had requested to be seated at a high top table in the bar area which was by the way pretty empty. The greeter was not sure that she can seat me there because of my dog. I reminded her he is a service animal. She excused herself and went to the back of the restaurant. Several minutes later, I saw her come out of the kitchen area and was talking to one of the servers which I presume she was asking for guidance. She finally came back and said I cannot have that table. I asked for the general manger's name and contact information. She responded and said his name is on the wall outside the entrance. I requested to see some type of supervisor who she finally summoned. At this point I was not going to give this estab

Waiting for more than 5 minutes to be seated. We were the only people waiting, not many customers were sitting. Your hostess came back from the kitchen taking her gloves. A hostess should be welcoming and receiving customers. By the time she arrived, the entrance was full of people

The food and service is constantly good. No complaints. Keep up the great work 👍🏾
