Chili's Grill & Bar

had a great experience at Chili’s Bar & Grill. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Our food came out quickly, was hot, and tasted great. Overall, the service and quality made for an enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely recommend Chili’s to anyone looking for good food and a comfortable place to eat.

I ordered through DoorDash and realized I made a mistake on my order, so I called the store and spoke with the girl working the To-Go station. She was amazing. She immediately took care of the issue, was super kind about it, and went way above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The food itself was fantastic—fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. Between the great food and the outstanding To-Go service, this ended up being a genuinely memorable experience. Huge credit to the To-Go staff for turning a small mistake into a great customer experience.

If you’ve been to this Chili’s you’d know they only ever seat you in the small room next to the bar, where wash-up townies go to day drink and be slobs around the clock. Service is always slow and your waiter never tells you about the cost of refills when they take it upon themselves to rack up your bill. It wasn’t until yesterday, when my party was served hours-old queso dip, that I had enough of the egregiously disgusting behavior at this particular location. I have no idea who is servicing the kitchen in the back, but they have no reason handling food, even microwaved. We all left with food poisoning. Shut it down, board it up, and be done with this already - get your money’s worth at Texas Roadhouse next door - it’s time to say goodbye to Chili’s of Route 35.

Christian is AMAZING .. THE BEST CHILIS in NJ by far!!!!!!!!!! I had gotten 16 piece wings ordered to a hospital and one was a bit overcooked. Next day I told the staff in person with proof ( all so adorable and well presentable ) they were so friendly and understanding. They let there manager, Christian, know about. They took it very serious and made sure I got fresh new wings instead of replacing only one. He also asked if there was anything else they could offer me. That level of customer service is UNMATCHED. Truly a great atmosphere every time and it’s a good feeling knowing people like Christian take great pride in what he does. I hope people like become one of the most successful people to ever make it out of New Jersey

Typical bar and restaurant. Excellent atmosphere. A good place to sit has everything for everyone from drinks to appetizers to soups to salads to burgers. Always my go-to for me and my husband when we need to get away from the kids quickly and come back quickly.
