Chili's Grill & Bar

Had a wonderful experience at Chili's and wanted to share it! The service was amazing! Smiles on everyone visible. Management came by inquiring about our food, which was hot and perfectly cooked. Our server kept our table nice and clean the entire time. It was just a really great experience! If your looking for a place to dine I would say go for it! I know I'll be returning!

My Mother and I stopped here for lunch. Before going in, I let my dog out to relieve herself. As my dog was taking in the smells, a Chili's worker pulled up and before even getting out of the car, she starts yelling at me that I can't just let my dog piss and shit on their lawn. My dog weighs 8 pounds and, she did leave a tiny piddle of pee, no poop. But ok Chilis, whatever you say. I gave the woman a smile and a thumbs up and turned to walk away to get my dog. She proceeds to yell at me where the nearest park is. I gave her another thumbs up and picked up my dog and put her back in the car. While I technically understand, she was incredibly hostile, and you can't convince me that a teaspoon of pee did any sort of damage to your lawn. I am a customer. You are a service worker. We had a party of five. The restaurant was pretty busy and I was understanding of that. We asked not to be sat at the high top table because of knee issues and she said there would be a wait then. I said that’s perfectly fine and we sat down to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting an older lady took over the hosting and rudely in front of everyone said if we didn’t take the high top table then we would be passed over. So we went elsewhere. Why make us wait in the first place? Why speak to us like we are idiots in front of everyone standing there. Won’t be back for sure.

This place sucks. The vibe is trash, it’s old and dusty in there, and management seems unstable at best. I’ve also seen a manager yell at customers and threaten to call the cops on them twice. I’m pretty sure she’s in charge, but she doesn’t look or act like it. I don’t want to watch some lady berate her employees, and I don’t want the cops called on me for making the wrong change. I also prefer to sit at the bar but it’s likely they don’t even have one that day. I refuse to take my chances with the service, so now I’ve just resolved to stop coming.

The food was delicious. The service was ish ok. She literally hardly refilled the drinks,hardly came to the table. The manager was more at out table than the server. Quite ridiculous. As far as the atmosphere it was horrible for the simple fact that we had uneducated politic conversation and cussing behind us and infront of us elderly people talking in detail about bathroom stuff,adult diapers and vomiting. All around horrible except the food. And with the conversations all around it was almost unbearable.
