Chili's Grill & Bar

I ordered the ribeye steak to be medium rare but it was way overcooked. There was also no flavor, and it was very dry. This is two consecutive times where I’ve ordered their steaks and was disappointed. Do not order their steaks. Just walk across the street to Longhorn steak house instead. This was a pick up order.

I had a great experience at Chili's! The food was tasty, and the dinner is a fantastic, affordable deal. The radical drink was flavorful. I especially loved the southwest egg rolls—they were amazing! Our waitress was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would recommend this Chili's location for a satisfying and affordable dinner.

During my recent visit to Chili’s with my friend, we were disappointed with the service we received. My friend, who is vegetarian, typically orders the fajitas. In past experiences, the staff has always been very accommodating by substituting extra vegetables and guacamole in place of meat, which made her feel valued as a guest. Those experiences have always been excellent, with her meal priced fairly around the low $20 range. This time, however, the experience was very different. Our server seemed unsure of how to handle a vegetarian fajita request. Instead of working through the situation, she appeared visibly agitated, even chuckling at my friend’s request for fajitas without meat. Gone are the days a a vibrant family friendly restaurant. The atmosphere was brown / black and stale. It seems the scheme is having it's effect on the staff as no one was very welcoming. From the hostesses to the server. When we stepped into the lobby we had to stand a foot away from hostess to be even acknowledged. Then when our table near the bar was ready another hostess just approached but never really talked or seemed pleased to be there. Our server was only a little bit better. More concerned with the tablet over her shoulder than anything else. Food and drinks were brought out by 2 other individuals. We ordered the salsa and nachos. First off, this isn’t about the restaurant in particular but the fact my children and I were seated at a dirty booth is wrong for starters. The server didn’t ask us to stand up to clean it, instead she wiped around where we were. Secondly, we were served drinks in dirty mugs, one which had a red lipstick stain from recent lips and another cup black and brown speckles floating around the cup of water and sticking to the ice . Despite of it I still tried to order but honestly that was already 2/3 strikes & before I got to the 3rd mess up I respectfully declined to stay . This was around 3:45-4:00pm. Please advise your staff abide by the sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant. All I got was , oh I’m sorry I understand .
