Chili's Grill & Bar

The staff were incredibly friendly, and our food came out quickly. The “3 for Me” menu offers great quality for the price, so I highly recommend it. We also enjoyed the other dishes we ordered. The viral Nashville Hot Mozz was a fun and unique experience as well!

I was having dinner with a group of 5 friends and our server, Ayanni, was one of the best. Despite running around and tending to a handful of other tables, she was attentive and quick with our table and the food was great! We were having a great night and walked out of Chili's having an even better one.

We had such a great experience at this Chili’s, and a huge part of that was our server, Chrissy. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Super attentive without being overbearing, checked in on us regularly, and genuinely engaged with our table. Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and Chrissy made sure everything was perfect the entire time. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly 10/10 customer service. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Shoutout to Chrissy for making our visit so enjoyable!

Waitress was pretty and funny and seems like she knows how to enjoy/have fun with what she does… buttttt i had to wait a couple times on chip refills and for boxes… i’d like to believe she was busy and her delegation to others didn’t go as planned. :(

I normally have a great experience with my dine in. But today it was just bad service all the way around. My hostess was too busy on her phone. So I just sat my self at the bar. I ordered. And my salad never showed up and my entree showed up pretty late almost 30 mins after I placed my order. I'm looking around I all I see are the staff just on their phones? What changed? If they were off their phones perhaps service would improve. This is an epic failure. I hope this franchise owner would set the bar high and don't allow this mistake happen again. Because there's plenty of other restaurants I can go for my Friday lunch.
