Chili's Grill & Bar

Service was great, very attentive and friendly. Server greeted us almost immediately, continued to offer refills and made some great recommendations. We tried the BBQ Brisket quesadilla as an appetizer which was delicious! For my meal, I got the crispy chicken sandwich which was sadly inedible. The chicken was dark gray and tough like leather, to the point I couldn’t actually bite into the sandwich. Definitely grossed me out, but the fries were good. My partner got the Cajun shrimp pasta which he loved.

We visited today. The host who seated us was amazing 🤩 very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our server was the opposite. She did not seem friendly, barely checked on us, and we had to ask repeatedly for basic things — including a clean cup of water and plates (we were even given our appetizer without any plates). She disappeared for long stretches and never really came back to check on us after taking our entrée order. Because we felt uncomfortable and not taken care of, we ended up boxing our food and leaving early. The only person who provided good service was the host- so she’s the one we thanked and tipped. Overall, it was a strange and disappointing experience. I hope the restaurant improves their service, because one person shouldn’t have to carry the whole customer service

I tried the Triple Dippers with Sliders, Chicken Fingers, and Fried Mozzarella. I also had a Brisket burger cooked medium. The honey chipotle sauce and Nashville hot were nice. The burger was cooked to order and very flavorful. A nice experience.

It was good! Hadn't been to chilis in a while and the service was fast and the food was good. Everything was consistent and reasonably priced. We got the triple dipper the Quesadilla explosion salad and two kids cheeseburger meals. I asked if they can make the chicken tenders honey Chipotle flavored for my salad and I found it a little odd that the waiter said they couldn't do that but I'm sure it had to do with logistics in the kitchen because I was able to have it done a lot a different Chilis last yr. Overall a good experience with a short wait for a table on a Saturday night and good service.

The worst chillis experience I’ve ever had in my entire life . It took the bartender 29 minutes to get my drink, and chips and salsa . He 100% forgot about me because my food came out 2 minutes later . Never checked on me once , I paid with the kiosk , and left . Mixed guy with dreads , should not be a server . Had to be drunk or high on drugs . Just something off
