Chili's Grill & Bar

We came on a Friday night, and it was busy. Sat at the bar, and the bartender waited on us, she was GREAT!! We have had her several times before, and she is always awesome. Our food came out pretty quick, relative to the amount of other customers. It wasn’t completely correct, but just a tad off. However, it was hot, fresh and so tasty. Amazing #shrimp fajitas.

I’m rating Chili’s specifically for their quick service, and they absolutely delivered! The food was wonderful, fresh, and came out quickly. My brother and I truly loved the atmosphere — it was welcoming and comfortable. Our server, Joanne, was fantastic — attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Tahiti, our food runner, was amazing as well! She has such a warm and vibrant personality — she would make a great server. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Took wheelchair bound FIL out for lunch. He and my wife got the lunch special burger with drink, etc. I got grilled chicken salad. It was kind of pricey at $15+ but very good. Comes with ranch dressing and something VERY hot. Beware. Tortilla chips as good as I ever had. All in all a good experience. Thanks Chili's. Really stingy with napkins, salt and pepper. Had to beg for silverware.

From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly cautious, genuinely heartwarming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and okay the entire time. That kind of care isn’t something you see every day, and it made the whole experience feel safe, welcoming, and special. Not only were the drinks on point, but the energy, kindness, and attentiveness were unmatched. I don’t usually leave reviews but this Chili’s experience was actually so uncomfortable. Me and my boyfriend are both 18+ and it honestly felt like they treated us like we were little kids who didn’t matter. First of all, it wasn’t even busy, but they sat us at a four-person table when it was just the two of us. We asked nicely for a booth and they said that whole section was closed… but then people who came in AFTER us were literally seated in the booths. That already threw the vibe off. We waited around 25 minutes just to order a drink. Not exaggerating. And before we even got our drinks, the people who came after us already had their drinks AND appetizers. They also looked a bit older than us, which made it feel even worse. They didn’t take our food order until like 15–20 minutes lat
