Chili's Grill & Bar

1/13/26 Had dinner here Saturday night, sat in the bar area (booth). I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. Honestly one of the best, juiciest burgers I ever had. My wife’s smash burger was excellent as well. 1/30/26 Update returned for that Swiss burger again, it’s so awesome. Vanessa was our waitress and she did an excellent job! She was kind and attentive. Our food was delicious! My family really enjoy the Chili's bean queso and chips so we had that to begin our meal off right, as expected it was a table pleaser. I appreciated the guiltless options on the menu. I had ordered the 6oz. Sirloin and it was very good. My husband ordered the chicken pasta and he liked it. My kids had the chicken quesadilla and chicken fingers with fries, they enjoyed their meals too! We had a great family dinner out, thank you Chili's! Look forward to going back sometime!

I have given Chili’s of Viera multiple opportunities, but unfortunately I continue to receive food that is poorly prepared or incomplete. During my most recent visit, my burger is soggy on a bun and was served with only three pieces of broccoli and approximately half a tsp of soggy lettuce. This presentation and portion is completley unacceptable. I truly feel like its not rocket science to put together a takeout order. Please avoid this location at all costs as they clearly do not care about their customers. This is a joke.

It feels like people hate on chilis because that’s just the thing to do with chain restaurants. But they forget that the people running it are locals. This location has consistently been one of the best chilis I’ve been too. We’ve moved around the country a lot and been to MANY locations. They offer a great variety of plates from those on a budget (“3 for me” deal) to those wanting to feast (Smokehouse platters). Obviously, the triple dipper is the GOAT. Staff is super friendly and personable. Service is always quick. Food is consistent and reliably delicious. No complaints ever from this spot.

We had a party of around 15 for a birthday party. Our server was very attentive. All the orders were hot and right. He kept our drinks filled. The bartender personally delivered my watermelon patron margarita and said "it was made with love" All around a terrific time!
