Chili's Grill & Bar

Unexpectedly good. I have not been to Chili's in a long time. However, we were in the mood for a good burger and they delivered. Juicy, tender and nice portion finished with bacon. The fries were hot, crisp and served promptly. Our server was kind and helped us make just the right picks from the menu. The price of the meal was just right and now I am a fan of Chilis!

Our server was Christopher. He was very kind and attentive to our table. They were very busy and at no point did I feel the service was lacking.

We decided to try something different after coming away from Cocoa Beach after a day on beach. This place is perfect if you like big portion sized food and good quality too. The staff were great checking on us every 10minutes and even when we left the doors were opened for us. We all really felt like being on holiday.

Our experience was awful. Came in and let the general manager know that we had more people joining us, and that they were just running late and asked if they could wait to seat us until everyone got there, which they refused to do, instead deciding to split our part up and seat us on different sides of an isle, so we couldn't hear our conversations. The service was also awful. You could tell the actual server was trying her best, but the GM was making it incredibly hard for her to do her job, and also refused to move us to a bigger table that would work for our party, instead putting a 3 top that had just walked in there. Great for a large family like ours. The price was right and they had all the old-time Chili's hits plus new menu items. The kid's menu was pretty large and it was about less than $7 for their meals. Only another $1.50 for a kid's scoop of iced cream (good bribe if they behave at dinner). Our server was on-point and kept our drinks filled without us needing to ask. I liked his style because he was chill and not overly friendly and talkative. Sorry I couldn't remember your name ): tall, 40s something white guy with an emo-type rocker haircut? All the staff were nice and we got seated right away. I also didn't feel bad if the kids let out a squawk because it's a more family-friendly restaurant. Very much appreciated and grateful for Chili's staying good all these years.
