Chili's Grill & Bar

We really love this restaurant. We used to go to one in Colorado, and when we moved here, we were so happy to find one nearby. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The food was not as good as we’re used to. The steak fajitas were overcooked and tasted almost steamed rather than grilled. The sides were very small — we actually had to ask for more. We ordered the fajitas for two, and for the price, the portions felt much smaller than before. My son ordered the chicken ranch quesadilla, and it was very dry. The service was okay, but overall we left disappointed. We didn’t even take pictures because we were just too let down. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

recently visited Chili’s and the experience was disappointing. The food was average in flavor, with sliders that were so bland they only tasted decent when dipped in the ranch sauce. The egg rolls seemed prepackaged and reheated, which made them underwhelming. For $40 spent on just a few appetizers, the portions were surprisingly small—probably equivalent to a single serving—and definitely not worth the price. My kids even complained that the food was bland and mediocre, which says a lot. On top of that, our takeout order was delayed by about 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time, despite the restaurant being busy. Food was just okay. Got the fijta with all three meats. They give you enough cheese and sour cream for one. Pretty much pea size amounts, ask the girl if I could please get more cheese and sour cream, she said it will be extra. I say okay, she doesn't bring anything back, she was to worried about sitting down instead of being attentive. Ordered wings and side of fries wings came out forgot fries. Finished with everything and then the fries come out. My drink wasn't refilled. No wonder this place doesn't have any customers. I always plan on giving good tips according to how our service is, I still gave 10 bucks but would of been more if the service was better. I would have understood if it were busy but it wasn't. Unfortunately we will not be coming back

Hadn’t been to a Chili’s in a bit. Glad we came tonight! Had Andy as our server. Very charismatic! Food was delicious. Got chicken and ranch nachos and big QP burger. More than enough food for 2 to split. Great job Andy! Enjoy your birthday beach trip!

We ordered at 7pm. It said 7:25 ready. We got there, they said 8 more mins. We went in to get it and they said we don’t have ribs. Which was a main entree! They didn’t know this the first time we came in?! It gets worse. The meal was supposed to be ribs with chicken tenders, fries and a salad. I asked if they could refund the meal and give us what they had as it should have already been ready to go. They said no. We had to buy a new meal and wait again. They then got the manager, Marvin JR who said he didn’t have time to refund our meal. We have paid for a meal we didn’t get still. I think the whole order should be refunded. This was absolutely awful! As someone in customer service, this was the wrong way to handle a customer or their money! We will never ever go back. Zero apologies. Zero
