Chili's Grill & Bar

The Steak was very tough. My husband had to go back because they forgot his meal my soup and salad. We do put into account it’s takeout and not fresh. My tortillas feel like a dough. Forgot my ranch dressing for my salad that’s super annoying to me. Now it’s valentine’s Day 2026. But you would think they were more prepared for the rush, they were about to get. I’m not impressed and this used to be my favorite place. Takeout was on point. Please go back to the way it used to be.

Omg the food was delicious. I had the Double bacon ranch burger I added jalapeños for spice. It was one of the juiciest burgers I’ve ever had. And it was huge. About 2 pound burger. My friend had the Cajun pasta and I tried hers too and it was fantastic. I recommend this Chilis cook is fantastic. And the waiter was polite and prompt. Great location!!

We have been here for 30 minutes and I still have yet to get my water. We also haven't been able to put a food order. We asked the runner for another water and she never came back. She looked at my like she didn't know what water was. The southwest queso is half the size compared to other chilis locations. Would never recommend this chilis to anyone.

Richie was my server she did an outstanding job and they were busy it was rush hour and she still took the time to correct my order while serving 2 other tables. She truly is amazing i was just in complete wow watching her work she’s very professional and she had positive attitude the whole time despite being in rush hour i would come to this location 1,000 times as long as Richie is my server. 1000/10 GREAT SERVICE. Our waitress KAY was awesome and very professional she definitely deserves a RAISE! This was my first time here and I enjoyed myself even tho I almost crapped my pants when the big group of employees came out to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to someone lol I thought it was cute on I knew WTH they were doing 🤣
