Chili's Grill & Bar

Haven't been here in a very long time since the food 4+ years ago was "not" good the few times I went but we decided to drop in on Saturday since we needed somewhere to eat for lunch. I am very happy to say the food was delicious this time and we will be going back. Whatever they have done to revamp in the past 4 years is working because it was totally different from what I experienced in the past.

We visit this location frequently, but have never left a review. We have been twice in the last week and had excellent service which is what led me to finally leave a review. Both times, the service was excellent. The waitress was still at our table taking our order when the drinks and salads arrived. The food came out quickly after that. The waitress and manager were both very attentive bringing drink refills and asking if we needed anything else. Fantastic place to enjoy dinner.

Me and my boyfriend came in today and had a small issue with my steak, when we told our server Brittney she was very attentive and sweet and got it fixed right up for us. She checked in and was very very sweet. One of the managers came out to make sure everything was perfect with the new steak and offered free sides. Sweet staff and all around the food was very tasty.

Last night I went out with my family to celebrate my graduation from college. We called yesterday morning to make sure that they had enough room for the 20 people who were coming and the person we spoke to yesterday morning said "that is fine we will see you tonight." so we go to the restaurant and CASEY, the manager said "none of my people would have said that" well they did say that, the manager and the staff were very rude, I will never be eating at this location ever again. We ended going to Logans right down the road and spent around 200 dollars that chili's could have gotten if they weren't ran by a bunch of rude people

I eat at Chili's often and I love the Ribs and the Street Corn but I have been wanting to try the burgers for ages. I finally convinced myself to not get the Ribs or the Smokehouse platter and I'm glad I finally tried one. That burger was delicious! It's MASSIVE!!!! The meat on the Bacon Rancher Burger was ENORMOUS!! I would definitely have one again. ALERT!!! YOU HAVE TO TRY THE BLACKBERRY SWEET TEA!!!! 😋
