Chili's Grill & Bar

I stopped by and left pretty underwhelmed. The service was mid. Not terrible, but not attentive. It felt like the bare minimum the whole time. The food was also subpar. I understand Chili’s promotes a lot of deals and value meals, but offering a deal should not mean the standards drop. A lower price point should not automatically translate to lower quality. The dishes felt rushed and lacked all around, and overall it just did not live up to what you expect when you sit down for a meal. A deal is great, but consistency and basic quality should still be the norm. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark.

Online order took 15 minutes longer than expected per online time frame. Had to go i side to ask if it was ready. Food was hot and fresh but not entirely correct. We were too far away to correct by the time we checked it all. Ok overall I guess

I’ve been coming to this Chili’s for almost 9 years and work in the area. Overall, I’ve consistently had good experiences here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is good and served quickly—which is perfect when you only have a short lunch break. For day-to-day meals, this location has been very reliable. The only time I was disappointed was during one visit when my girlfriend and I stopped in for drinks. After our 4th or 5th alcoholic drink, we were told the manager didn’t want us served any more. That felt strange, that has never happened to me in my whole life, especially since we were calm, having a good conversation, and had an Uber lined up. The food was horrendous and the service was serious lacking. The steak fajitas did not have any taste and I’m not sure what happened to the sizzling fajitas but they were not sizzling. The kids pizza was also not good and my kids hardly ate. The server failed to come by to refill the sodas on the table and after eating the steak fajitas I almost choked because I did not get a refill. This will be that last time I will eat here.

Stop by here to pick up a quick bite to eat. We ordered a margarita but it didn't taste very good and way overpriced. Got a couple of Southwest bowls. They were very filling and had great flavor. They have a diverse Tex Mex menu if that's what you're looking for. Our server seem to be overworked as he had too many tables so service was lacking because of that.
