Chili's Grill & Bar

The ordered food came out very good as far as I could tell but there were at least 2 things that I know could use some serious attention. The chip sauce was just barely a tad different than canned tomatoe sauce. Please 🙏 find a sauce that has a more of an athentic mexican taste "IF" the Chili franchise will allow it. Also serving margaritas with more ice than actual drink is ridiculous. The photo attached is actually with some of the ice already melted and still appears to be full. These are the small details that keep people from returning. Regardless of these faults, in my opinion, I gave Chili's an honest review of everything listed. Great job by our waitress, she stayed 1 step ahead of everything.👍

Food was dry and over cooked. Got the wrong sauces and they just covered the bottoms of the ramekins with ranch, didn’t fill up. Obviously lazy work and packaging. My order was delivered open as well. My friends have also reported roaches crawling on the walls as they dine and worms in their salad.

Delicious Service was top tier Prickly pear frozen margarita was so good

Our waitress was fine. She was nice, she didn’t seemed thrilled to be there though, but she treated us really well, maybe she was tired. The southwest egg rolls were probably my favorite thing of the night. They were awesome. I got a burger with fries. The burger was okay, but the fries were kind of cold. I didn’t want to be “that customer” who complains so I just ate them. My girlfriend got the Margarita Chicken and that was really good. We got a mango and black berry tea, they weren’t as sweet as I thought they would be, but that’s a good thing. I thought they were just going to taste like syrup. So if you’re looking for a flavored tea that isn’t too sweet, I’d recommend those. So, they installed these new overhead lights somewhere in the middle of the dining room and wow, they were so

This was my first time at this location,I usually attend a different location but we were in the area this day and of course when your hungry why not go to chilis! Anyways we walk in and immediately notice there’s two other families waiting on a table, now don’t get me wrong I do not mind waiting but why we were waiting was the problem. There were 3 hostesses bickering with who i assume was the manager. They were going back and forth for about 5 minutes before all the families, including us, were sat. After that you just kind of read the room and can tell all the waitresses were kind of upset but don’t get me wrong our waitress was amazing with service. Food was amazing, just the atmosphere here was very hostile.
