Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili's was awesome. The manager was very accommodating, she let me sit in a spot where there wasn't really anybody to wait on my table and the waitress Jas was even better. She was friendly, prompt, and on top of anything that I needed even though she had to go the extra distance away from her regular section to make sure I was good. Jas really impressed me, especially since my last few dine in experiences were not great at all. She was absolutely amazing! The only problem I had was the steak. Medium means a little pink inside it's a big difference between medium and well done, which my steak was. But the service was so great I was willing to overlook it. Ask to be seated in Jas section if you go here. I promise you you'll thank me later.

I had chips and salsa with chicken here. The server was wonderful and it was good quality food.

When I showed up they had only half the tables filled and then told us it was only going to be a few minutes to see a table of five people. Multiple servers standing around not doing anything that could have taken our order. But instead decided to let us stand around for 20 minutes waiting for table then the manager came out and told us that they couldn't see us because their servers are only allowed so many tables. They very easily could have told us that at the beginning and it wouldn't have been a problem. But during this whole time they seated three different groups ahead of us.

We waited over 2 hours for two meals. I had to remind the server about my salad. When we finally received our meals they were cold and tasted like they were reheated. The quesadillas were dried out and rubbery. Had to wait forever for drink refills. My husband's triple dippers was cold to the touch. We were told our order had been taken by someone else twice. Definitely will not return. The last three times it was nothing but problems. Seems like a management issue to me.

The experience was good but not great! My food didn't come as I ordered. I ordered a steak with extra seasoning & it didn't have any seasoning. The potatoes was dry like it was scraping from the bottom of the pan. The drink & broccoli was great!! Thank you very much!
