Chili's Grill & Bar

We ordered take out and it was by far the worst experience ive ever had. Order 2 burgers and a triple app and nothing was cooked properly! The southwest egg rolls were still doughy and our burgers RAW! and not to mention the portions! What a joke! 20$ for 2 egg rolls 2 cheese sticks and 4 wings are you kidding me? I love chilis back home but I will never order from here again!

Waitress Candace was quick and efficient, alerted me to a great deal, and kept refilling my drinks. Steak appeared more medium well than medium rare that I asked for. Not Candace's fault because I know she got the order right.

A group of us went for dinner. We got right in and seated without delay. Server took our beverage orders quickly. We ordered our meals and they arrived in a timely manner. Everything was good. One meal was a bit overcooked. As we were paying individually, the table automated payment process was cumbersome (a bit of a pain). Overall very good and we will be back.

Typically this location isn’t too bad but last night my boyfriend and I stopped around 8pm and I can say this was the worst Chilis service experience I’ve ever had - across the entire nation. First we were sat in the bar area and we weren’t even asked if we were okay with that. We don’t drink alcohol and I typically avoid the bar seating because it’s loud and I don’t drink. (What if I was a recovering alcoholic and they weren’t even considerate enough to ask if bar seating was okay.) But instead of being complicated we just took the table they sat us at. HUGE mistake and I should’ve listened to my gut and asked to be sat elsewhere. The waitress didn’t have more than 3 tables counting us. For a long time we avoided going here due to lower quality than we would like to pay for. However, for the past couple years they have been consistently very good! I would love to give them 5 stars but they really need to do some improvements to the inside of the restaurant.
