Chili's Grill & Bar

I visit Chili's in Seaside, CA twice a week. I have dined there so often that I am on a first name basis with the staff and management, and it feels like family. I am always greeted with a smile by the manager, Ignacio. He is a talented leader and he is respected by his employees, as well as liked by his customers. Ignacio has always taken great care of me. My favorite bartender is Erick. I don't even need to ask him for what I want, because he memorizes everything I like. I feel like royalty at this Chili's in Seaside. They have an amazing lunch special called "three for me" and it is more food for less money than any fast food restaurant chain. The store is always super clean! The staff is always super friendly! And the food is always delicious! I highly recommend that you visit Chili's

Customer service was pretty standard for most diner style restaurants. The Reese’s peanut butter pie peanut butter, genuinely impressive. Generally, the food is as you would expect of a place all American food oriented. Variety of deep fried comfort they know how to deliver although you won’t get exceptional customer service but it’s not bad either. I also had their molten lava cake, which isn’t the very finest but as far as a chocolate cake goes if you don’t mind being on the sweeter end, you’ll probably not be disappointed.

We arrived and I asked for staff (with a manager present) to sing happy birthday to my son. No one came. So asked our waiter. He offered to bring ice cream out instead. No one came to sing and no ice cream. The food wasn't that great. The blackberry lemonade was good but you gotta mix it well, otherwise all the sweetness is at the bottom. The guac honestly was the best thing. More flavor than the shrimp pasta I got.

After a long road trip we decided to stop here for dinner before heading to our hotel. The server was super nice, but I think there was too many tables for him. Therefore, service wasn’t that great. My meat came out not the way I wanted it but that could’ve been on me too. (Maybe how I ordered it) However, when reaching out to a manager to see if they can help me out, Diane or Diana helped me out ALOT. My kids were done eating and I was about to take my food to go since I had to wait for them to remake it. (Which is fine) she offered them ice cream so I can eat my meal in peace. Honestly 10/10 act of kindness goes a long way especially being a traveling mom with kids. She’s a great manager.

I'm not sure what has happened to this establishment, but the food is Terrible. My wife and I couldn't make out anything that was on our plate. We use to have favorite dishes, when we use to eat here, but the food was sooo far away from what we use to like, we couldn't make heads or tails of this mess! The Chicken Crispers have changed and I couldn't tell if it was real Chicken or what. The baby back ribs, were not even edible. Not to mention the mozzarella cheese stick, or the egg rolls, were just not worth the box they came in. My waiter was awesome and he did his job wonderfully. But the FOOD IS PURE GARBAGE! I feel like I was robbed, after I paid for this trash! I WILL NEVER EAT CHILI'S AGAIN!
