Chili's Grill & Bar

We came here on a busy Sunday noon, but got a really nice seat at the corner so we can put our baby car seat. The food was good and we loved the Texas bbq. However, this is what I saw at the end of the meal - lemon in my water still with sticker on…….

I love Chili's, but I am disappointed in this location. The quality of the food was not great. The salad was overbearingly spicy, chicken was hard, mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull and weren't warm, crispers sauce was watery, and food in general wasn't tasty. This service was not great either. The waitress kept forgetting our drinks so we stopped asking. The service was also extremely slow. I will not be returning to this location for sure. Everything I ate was below their normal standard, at least compared to the Clark and East Hannover locations.

Thought food would be good but absolutely wrong! This location has good service but food is a big no for me. No seasoning or flavor. I have ordered the triple dipper that includes southwestern eggrolls, bone in wings and honey chipotle chicken crispers only good thing were the eggrolls. For the entree I’ve ordered the fajita trio one word to describe SALTY! Taste they use boxed rice and the steak was too chewy. Drinks were watered down and not even full. Chilis is a no for me!!

Food is absolutely delicious and the service was extremely fast in my opinion. Servers are all super polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this restaurant

What should have been a casual night out quickly turned into a negative experience due to poor service, lack of attention, and serious sanitary concerns. Our bartender seemed more focused on cleaning than actually taking care of the customers sitting right in front of him. I understand it was getting close to closing time, but cleaning should never come before basic service — especially when there are still guests present.
