Stopped by Chili’s with a friend and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Jaquan, truly made the visit memorable. He was friendly, attentive, and had a great personality that made our dining experience feel welcoming and fun without ever being overbearing. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and genuinely enjoyable, and Jaquan delivered exactly that. I ordered the surf and turf, and it came out perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Everything was hot, fresh, and well-prepared, and the overall service timing was spot on. Between the great food and excellent service, this visit really exceeded expectations. Big shoutout to Jaquan for making our night enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as a server again. Highly recommend

Great atmosphere for meeting friends at the bar or having a more cozy gathering for food and beverages in the comfy seating area. There are television sets playing throughout each area. The food was very tasty and the service was great. Ally was the perfect server. There is a nice covered patio area, if you prefer a different atmosphere.

Stopped in for dinner during a business trip while staying at the Holiday Inn next door. We sat at the high tops in the bar, and our server, who was also the bar tender, was fast, fun, and friendly. The place was a bit empty, and the kitchen was a bit slow. getting food out. The food was typical for the Chili's brand, and the chips and salsa are always a good appetizer.

After being indecisive on our dinner options we chose to stop in and give Chili's a try, we were not disappointed. Our server, Terri, was very attentive and helpful with menu items. The food came out in a timely manner and everything was excellent. The manager came through to make sure our visit was meeting expectations. We don't get by here often but we'll be sure to add it to our more frequently visited restaurants.

I took my sister out to eat yesterday because the food always hits at Chilis. Unfortunately, not the service. The server was very passive aggressive and showed many micro-aggressions toward my sister and I. I paid the bill early and even tipped very well when our order was put in way before we received our food, only for the server to tell us “next time don’t pay so early so I can put in for the sauces.” She tried to charge us $1.50 for 4 sauces that should be freely requested with the meal. Then she assumed that we wanted sauces to go that we didn’t request. The atmosphere here is very unsettling as if you all aren’t used to seeing black women that are kind and can pay more than enough for the bill.
