Chili's Grill & Bar

I visited the restaurant on a Wednesday and had a very poor experience. Our food was incorrect and unacceptable, and we had to send it back twice. Unfortunately, no manager came to our table at any point to offer help or resolve the situation. Our server, Azriel, was busy but doing their best. However, the managers were sitting in a booth and did not assist or check on guests, which was frustrating given the issues we were experiencing. Proper management support would have made a significant difference

The service was great and the food was very good. The chips were a little soggy and they were out of a few menu items. With that said it was very busy but the employees handled it well.

Went for a family dinner. Everything was good except the amount of time it took for our order to come out. Close to 30 minutes or so which isn't typical of any Chili's I've ever been to. However the server was at least proactive about the situation. Didn't give us direct details but explained there was an issue and we weren't the only ones affected. To me that is always the best way tp handle the situation. Do not need to give exact details but some information is better than no information.

Olivia was great, she was very on point and prompt. I salute her because I know what it’s like working in the public and long shifts and she was coming off a long night shift the night before. She was super nice. My fam had to stop and grab lunch before my oldest son’s baseball games and we had a very pleasant experience unlike the other reviews I read about this location. Everyone was friendly and food was really good and didn’t have to wait long at all especially considering we were here during a huge Sunday morning crowd. Ask for Olivia only if you like to give good tips to people who deserve it :))))

Ate dinner here on a road trip. We had the pick-3 combos, shrimp fajitas, and burger. Food was tasty, portions were big, and service was great. Lots of tvs to watch sports and family atmosphere. One tip- the electronic games on the game tablet are not free, lol!
