Chili's Grill & Bar

Dined in on a Thursday evening. We were seated right away. The drinks are strong, I especially like a Coconut Margarita and theirs is great! Food is decent and the service is great.

August2025: THINGS FIRST.......Diana has wonderful customer service 💯 🌟 's . I hope the store manager see's this. She went above and beyond meeting every single needs we ask about. also while multitasking with other customers. Checking on other customers continuously as well as checking on me and my aunt continuously she made strong personal connections with all her customers. Diana greeted us with a happy smile took us to a booth and proceeded to help me order lol because it was my very first time to Chillies. I feel silly saying this but yup been living in stockton for 34years & first time here 😌. My parents go here alot and say the food is wonderful. We go to Chili's probably once a month for dinner. We enjoyed their specials and rewards program. It makes eating out economical for couples. Our goto's are the steaks and burgers. Creatures of habits we may be, but it makes ordering easy. I am currently in a wheelchair so getting in and out of restaurants has been a focus and Chili's did great this last visit! They sat us close and I was able to get in and out without any issues unlike the last time. However, their restrooms are a handicap nightmare if you are in a wheelchair alone. None the less we love dining here and will be here month after month as long as we can. This evening, I took my family out-to-eat and my lady chose Chili's! We had about a 12 minute wait without a reservation and that was not bad at all!!! I ordered the Chicken Pasta, which was topped with Shrimp, and I had Garlic Bread. The Pasta was seasoned well, but the Burger that my lady had was lacking in that department, so she only ate half of it. The restaurant was pretty busy and I'm sure they try their best to keep it clean, but there was dirty napkins/paper towels on the ground. Chili's Staff were very friendly and the customer service provided was top tier!!! We loved their energy and to me that showed how much they enjoyed their job and the workplace!!! Came in to eat dinner & to celebrate my daughter & our friend sons graduation. Got here 1 hr before closing and join the waiting list for a party of 13 people. We got seated between 15-20 mins. We we're told there's no guarantee that we will get seated in 1 big table yet they were able to accommodate and gave us seat next to each other last minute.
