Overall, the experience was phenomenal! Savannah is a very dedicated, urgent BUT aware. Myself, My parents & my nephew had a great time eating out tonight & Savannah made the experience worth it. We live closer to the chilis on Collier Parkway, but will be coming here from now on 😎.

Ordered to-go, as usual. Usually the QP burger is great, but this time the QP burger came with no onions or pickles, hard and dry as a hockey puck… also looks like thy removed a partially melted slice of American cheese from it. They also must’ve run out of tops for sides because my loaded baked potato soup (delicious) and loaded mashed potatoes (also good) were covered in aluminum foil.

Excellent Service !! Thanks to Mitchell we enjoy our first visit to this location . We had a wonderful experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar in wesley chapel thanks to our server Mitchell. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our entire visit. Mitchell truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His service exceeded our expectations and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciate his great attitude and excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great experience! We were greeted at the door with a smile. Service was exceptional . The staff and manager were so polite and personable. It started storming and the manager personally walked us out to our car holding an umbrella for us. We’ll definitely be back.

Very friendly staff that ensures you are taken care of. The guy who brought out the drinks was a funny and nice guy, server great as well. Definitely one of the newer/nicer chilis I’ve been to. Street corn is delicious! Everyone at our table loved their different flavor teas as well.
