Second time here and yet again not impressed. I check in with a 10-15min wait, (no biggie). After about 25min pass I figure we should go in maybe they forgot about us. We wait for the hostess/seat lady to come to the stand, and we ask how much longer. She didn’t forget about us.. she didn’t even put us IN. Then proceeded to say it was someone else who must’ve did it. Which I know it was her I was the one to give her the name and phone number… Then I asked how long is the wait, wich she then said 15 minutes or there’s seats at the bar. I kindly explained that we already checked in, can you look us up by phone number? In which I gave it to her she said there is nothing here. I said can we be seated please we already waited the time. They have a deal of 2 courses + drink for $16.99 (mine), and other options of other amounts that were even lower. I got the Sirloin steak with fries and rice and it was delicious. My friend got a huge hamburger that was around $15.99, I believe. My other friend ordered the shrimp pasta without the Cajun sauce and they accommodated to her request. Serve was very friendly. They seat a table of 6 people right away, not much wait. Great experience.

The quality of the food has gone wayyyy downhill. I would like to know where is the rest of my fish? For $26 I was expecting a proper portion. It smelled very fishy and was too hard to eat. My child’s kids burger was burnt. She took a bite and spit it out. Both of them. Please do better.

First time going not the last.get 3 for 1 deal 10.99 base price. Nachos and salsa basic but savory appetizer free refills. Free refills on fountain drinks. Bacon burger well done loaded with bacon and scrumptious fries. I went in full not even hungry and left stuffed teased by presentation. Booths were a 20 min wait at night but table tops were open instantly. Staff was attentive.

My experience was so great because of Jasmine. She’s an incredible server, absolutely lovely and so kind. Such a kind soul, she made chilis feel like a fine dining experience. Will 100% come back again soon.
