Customer Reviews
Soup was served in a teacup sized bowl. Mains were bland, the quality & quantity were well below expectation, while the atmosphere was almost non-existent. Had to wait at the bar for 10 minutes - "get yourselves a drink"! We were then shown to a table that was already set & vacant when we arrived. Waiter then asked us whether we had brought our drinks from outside. In our view, it's just a money grabbing enterprise.
It was great fine dining. No huge portions but excellent quality and for us more than enough. Very tasty and refined 3 course dinner. Wine was also good. And our waiter David was the best.
What a hidden gem! This place didn’t have a ton of reviews so we didn’t go into our trip expecting to eat here, but a bunch of locals told us it’s the place everyone who lives here goes when they want to eat out…. And I can see why! We spent 3 nights in Skagway, and this was by far the best out of all the restaurants we went to (without being as overpriced as some of the other places). The food was incredibly flavorful!
Had a lovely dinner here last evening. Salmon was delicious as was fingerling potatoes. My husband had halibut cooked very nicely. Dessert of chocolate cheesecake and blonde brownie both very enjoyable. We had a Very efficient and attentive waitress despite her hand in a cast and a nice young man attending to us. Would definitely visit again.
Rock solid. Hard to find with little signage. Worth it! Fish and chips was amazing. Smash burgers too. Really good service
