Chill-N Ice Cream Pompano Beach

A fantastic place. Where humans are not required(yet I hear sounds in the back of the place, laughing and clear). So special everything is driven by AI?. Did you see anyone working here? One star is because the ice cream was good, regardless of the people who work here (sun 14 2025, 9:22 pm) just for reference. The lady in the picture needed assistance(there was no one to assist, not there was a board to notify). One came out ok and one horrible, why do we need to have these people, when there is no one to assist. A Special place. 1170 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062

This was the smoothest and creamiest, most flavorful ice cream I've ever had. We visited kilwins many more times because we were not near another Chill-N on our vacation in Florida. I wish they had them all over the place because you can't beat them.

I was at this location on Monday and had an amazing experience. The two young adults working here gave me amazing service. Both made the ice cream for me and my girlfriend perfectly. Awesome ice cream. Awesome service. Would definitely recommend!!!! I will definitely be back there soon!!

I’ve purchased here many times, but at this point it’s been at least four times that the tart yogurt has had a disgusting texture. It’s supposed to be creamy, but at this location it never is. There’s clearly an issue with how it’s being made. Please train your staff properly or make sure your processes are standardized. It’s frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t live up to what you promise. By the way, the way it looks in the photo is exactly how it was handed to me — we didn’t even eat it!
