The teen/young man who is at the front of house is extremely rude and acted like he wasn’t interested in taking our order. He waited for us to order over 100$ in food before telling us they are only taking cash. It would be nice if you would have said something prior to us ordering anything. We left to get cash but then saw a place named KIKI’s Grill was open and stopped there instead. Was instantly greated at that restaurant and decided to order there instead because they were so nice vs the Chinese food place. Horrible customer service at China Express and will never go again. I see why the current rating is already so low.

I have stopped patronizing this business in the past due to the lack of customer service care and professionalism in handling complaints. This review in particular is due to them serving reheated food, especially wings and this time burnt fried rice.

Good food, good price. Food pictured is the sesame chicken combo with sweet and sour chicken and egg roll (good price for all this food!) The only thing is that it’s not really flavorful. I asked for the sesame chicken to be made extra saucy so I could use that sauce on the rice, but didn’t receive it. The rice just tastes very plain, and so do the lo mein noodle. However, my fiancé LOVES the teriyaki chicken wings and honestly the sweet and sour chicken was pretty good! Sesame chicken could’ve used more sauce for sure, really sad I didn’t get the extra sauce I was told I’d receive. They also cook your food very fast, even if you don’t pre-order before coming in, you won’t wait more than 20 minutes, and the workers are courteous.

I ordered general tsp’s shrimp here, it was delicious. Sauce was thick and a lot of it. The lady at the counter was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stop by again.

Maybe I have been spoiled but this food wasn't amazing. Virginia isn't capable of good Chinese food but if I had to I would eat this over the others. I would. The crab Rangoon I ate had a cottage cheese in the center look except it was warm. Wasn't impressive. The general tso chicken was soggy and Also not impressive along with the bland "fried rice" .the best thing in that whole platter was the sweet and sour chicken without the dipping sauce. I completely was baffled that they only take cash which is fine so you could have an excuse not to have to experience this to your taste buds. Virginia step your game up.
