China Fu Zhou Snack Bar 家味

The way this place does its business is very very sneaky and very dishonest, zero integrity whatsoever. Today we ordered something called West Lake Beef Chowder, and on their menu it clearly says $14 next to it, but when we went to pick up our order, which consisted of this beef chowder and a mai fung noodle dish ($8), we were charged $30!!! At the time I thought perhaps the noodle dish got a bit more expensive than I had initially thought, so decided to just pay for the whole order as they were still preparing it, but still wanted to make sure they didn’t overcharge me for just two items, then I looked up their menu from the store to confirm the prices, which still shows $14 next to west lake beef chowder. However, as soon as I got my order with the receipt showing $20 for the beef chowde

Beside being open 24 hours, I have nothing good to say about this place. Please read all the one star reviews other customers had posted. So you can expect the same service and quality if not worst. lol

Such delicious food! We had the Hot and Sour soup with 3 dishes (we chose Ma Po Tofu, sautéed bok choy, and double cooked Pork belly). Everything was so flavorful, I look forward to returning!

The staffs were rude and unprofessional. Without saying hi or bye, the cashier just tossed the quarters onto the table, totally ruined my morning breakfast experience!! I definitely won’t be back!

The waiters were rude and unprofessional, the fried rice was very salty, I hope they can renew the lease next year
