I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fuji China, where I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. Let me begin with the positives: the egg roll was quite pleasant. It achieved what one hopes an egg roll will achieve. No drama. No existential crisis. Simply acceptable. The sweet and sour chicken was, reassuringly, cooked. This is always a comforting milestone in poultry preparation. The breading featured intriguing red flakes, which added a bold visual statement while contributing nothing discernible to the flavor profile. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and egg roll. It was delicious except for the egg roll. The egg roll needed to be cooked a little longer.

Ordered a small chicken fried rice, chicken had no color, onion was raw, whole dish was just a box of cooking oil, may have been canned chicken. No other veggies, could only taste oil or raw onions. Left after one bite after telling them what a gross offering it was. Will not be giving them another shot, and didn't even care about a refund.

decent food, dining room feeling a bit rough We ordered Lo Mein Noodles, Honey Chicken and Chinese Donutholeish Sweets. The food was at a good temperature. The noodles were tasty. The honey chicken was a bit pale in taste compared to the same dish at other restaurants, but it was okay and definitely edible. The chinese sweets were great in taste and soft in texture. The dining room is partially in a rough shape. Experience was okay, had a decent meal, consider going again.
