China Great Wall

Not gonna lie, I've been searching for the past 10 years for a good, Chinese-American takeout, hole-in-the-wall styled place since I move from Miami to Marietta. Praise the lord I have found it. Too many of these Marietta and Kennesaw lovers are looking for some "authentic" Chinese BS. In true, good, Chinese-American fashion this is attached to a Publix, its got the faded old pictures of the food cuz the place has been around for 30 years, the packaging is immaculate from Kariout, and the food is the exact flavor I know from home, engraved into my soul after years of growing up with the right takeout. I know my new Monday night takeout. I will single-handedly keep you in business if I can. Keep it up.

Good food, fast and friendly service. I've gotten delivery from here but today I ate in. Only a few tables but it was nice and clean. As with most Asian dishes, my only complaint is too much sauce. This is the case here as well but my family and friends like it that way so I never complain. Good food But I wish there was less sauce 😜. Very good Lo Mein

The worst Chinese ever. Teriyaki chicken - unrecognizable. Poor glaze, poor taste, cut into 1/4” strips, un-enjoyable. Fried rice - just brown rice,. Nothing added - No veggies, no egg, just unflavored brown rice. Un-enjoyable. Never seen anything like it . This meal was extremely low budget. Anybody who’s ever eaten Chinese or Japanese food before would send it back. Unfortunately, I picked it up and didn’t open it until I got home. Even the fortune cookie was stale. I guess they are too expensive for Great Wall to throw away. For $14 this entire meal was unacceptable.

I have been eating at this restaurant for most of my life. I've grown up in the area and chicken lo mein was always my go-to. Every now and then I go for Mongolian chicken. Tonight I thought I'd be adventurous and ordered Mongolian triple. This has steak, shrimps, and chicken. It was great!! Super tasty. And then not too long after I started eating, I felt something weird in my mouth and something scratched my throat. It was a piece of metal. I called and the woman who picked up the phone seemed entirely unbothered and calmly told me that it was probably from the steel wool they used to clean. It almost seemed like she'd had this call before. This place has to be under new management. This would not slide with the family before. She did offer me a refund and that was it. No apology. The food was so good. I got the Mongolian chicken and it was really good. The food was hot and came out quickly. I really enjoyed it. It was also a good price.
