China Hao

When you order Chicken with Garlic Sauce, you’re actually ordering vegetables with garlic sauce, with a bite or two of chicken. The lady at the counter looked at me funny when I grabbed a handful of soy sauces. She didn’t like that.

I don’t understand why there are negative reviews for China Hao. I was craving hot and sour soup, so I stopped in and I’m so glad I did! The woman who took my order over the phone was so nice, and the woman who gave me my order (exactly 20 minutes after I ordered it which is how long she said it would take), was equally as kind. The restaurant looked clean and was well decorated. The food is delicious! I had the hot and sour soup and shrimp fried rice. I will definitely be back!

This is what we were served in our take out order today clearly its totally burnt yet the cook and owner decided to put it in our to go order.. Disappointed called no sensible explanation...just excuses

Who’s ever commented on this review page and stated that the food served at this establishment is poor or horrible tasting, obviously does know high quality Chinese cooking. My wife and I live in an area of Horry County that has a number of Chinese take out and indoor restaurants. They don’t come close to the food at China Hao The portions are generous and everything is very fresh and tasty. #1 hands down in Myrtle Beach in my book.

The service was okay and atmosphere was really quiet because no one was in there eating except for my partner and I. The food quality and taste was horrible. I’ve had better food than that in marine corps boot camp. Never again! The chicken was chewy and bland and the rice had a very weird flavor.
