I had waited 2 hours for my food. I called and asked for an update and was told they didn’t see an order. The amount was already withdrawn from my account and I was given a confirmation number. They said they would call me back with an update, but I did not receive a call for an additional 20 minutes I called with the number I had given them and no answer to my call 2 times. I then used my wife’s phone to call and got an immediate answer. I was told that needed to speak with their boss since they are who takes care of online orders. They again said they would call me back I told them I would call back in 15 minutes if I haven’t heard back. They never called me back to let me know everything was corrected. 10 minutes go by they show up with my food no call or apology like the past 2hrs and

Everytime time I come here I’m surprised by something different every time. It all started with receiving only 1 stick of beef teriyaki when there should be 2. There are children running the register. There is absolutely no heat in the building everyone working just wears coats lol. Today I got a combo plate and the Crab Rangoons have legit half a table spoon of filling it’s not even enough for a single bite. Mind you in the pic the crab Rangoon bottom was straight across and flat. Like I get it times are tough but the customers shouldn’t be jipped when in fact we the customers are paying full price so we should recieve what we pay for. Which leads me to my last conclusion that the people that own/run the restaurant are god awful people it does not matter how nice you are they are nothing

The delivery driver is very ignorant! Doesn’t even get out the car but will practically beg for a tip while holding onto your food.

Food is super good but the delivery driver is a rude grouchy guy got mad because left 1$ tip because I had to walk 2 streets down in the cold to get my food and he stayed in the car the whole time had me in the middle of the street and didn’t give me my food until I tipped him then got mad at the tip if he did his job the proper way would’ve got a better tip !! IDC

Ordered delivery my diver was kind food was fresh and on time. The flavors delicious. My go to place in the city for sure
