I travel the entire Country and this is hands down one of the best Chinese places… I have been coming to this place for over 16yrs, and it never disappoints. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been very good! If there has ever been an order I have placed, and have an Issue, they have always corrected it. They are very kind people and always served us great food. The guy at the window is always very friendly and polite. For the low reviews given talking bad about this young man, I highly doubt he was rude and was anything like you described.

Worst food ever! Ordered sweet and sour chicken to go. We get home and open it up, and see chicken fingers and plain white rice, no sauce, no vegetables. So, I called them, because, you know, they obviously made a mistake. The lady on the phone says, and I quote: "yeah, that our sweet sour chicken"! I said, wheres the sweet and sour part? And im quoting again: "look at cover for menu that what our sweet sour chicken look like"... WHAT? I don't care where you're from or who's making it, sweet and sour chicken comes with a sweet vinegary sauce with bell peppers onions and pineapple chunks! What she gave us was chicken fingers and plain white rice, with the price tag of a meal! So I just donated to someone's comedy show! Save your time and money!

Love the coconut chicken! You get well worth your money for these portions! Always come back.

So to start off I ordered Orange Chicken combo and portions were huge, however their version of pork fried rice is not fried rice and the orange chicken had 2small pieces of peel but the sauce was sweet and bland. the egg rolls were loaded with oil not edible. The atmosphere looked like a storage area, not very appealing, Now the young man that took our order was sweet and very knowledgeable of everything, but not a reason to return. Still looking for good chinese in statesville.

Food was well proportioned little pricey,custumer service was on the other hand terrible.Young guy was rude and passive aggressive didn't seem to know what he was doing.Just felt super uncomfortable and unwelcome.Sucks we just moved to this area and have to drive far out to get any good service around here.
